Working With The Person,
For The Person.

                                            Since September of 2018,
                                            Stephanie Gibson has served as
                                            the Program Director of the
                                            Smeltzer Educational Center.

With over 12 years of service in the field of Intellectual
Developmental Disabilities, Ms. Gibson has worked as a Certified
Targeted Case Manager, (CTCM) and as a Responsible Qualified
Intellectual Disabilities Professional, (R-QDDP/QIDP). Ms.
Gibson continues to function as an R-QIDP/QIDP and the
Program Director of Smeltzer Educational Center. It is very
important to all of us at Greater Etowah/Smeltzer Educational
Center that we fully serve and protect all of the individuals in
which we serve on a daily basis. The field of Mental Health is
everchanging, and Ms. Gibson looks forward to continuing to
serve those individuals through Greater Etowah and the Smeltzer
Educational Center.
