Looking for a Q that will focus on day habilitation training and protocols. He/She
needs experience in doing Q work and managing staff. The new Q must have great
computer skills, including using Excel with charting and graphs. The Q will need to
become certified (on-site) to teach Management of Aggressive Behavior, CPR, and
first aid. A degree in Behavioral Psychology is preferred, but not required. Rate of
pay will be based on experience and certifications.
                                                   Habilitation Trainer

The Hab Trainer (HT) will provide training for individuals with ID on various  
tasks/programs. The training areas cover work-related skills, self-help skills,
independent living skills, etc. There are usually 8-10 individuals in a training group. A
minimum of a two-year degree is required. Full benefits, including retirement.
